I’m a nutrition coach, personal trainer and binge eating coach.
Having struggled with a binge eating disorder in my early twenties, I constantly felt at war with food and my body. After experiencing first hand how an unhealthy relationship with food can prevent you from really living life to the full! I’m now on a mission – To help women break free from emotional eating, so they can obsess over life instead of their weight.
